Qualifications

• NYS Licensed and currently registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Computer savvy
• Call patients
• Prescription refills include prior authorizations for medication.
• Triage patients and obtain vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, pulse, height/weight)
• Perform routine EKGs.
• Provide phlebotomy services to patients.
• Document, label and prepare specimens for processing.
